Meet The Doctor

General Dentist Robert Polking, DDS                                                                                                                           

  Dr. Robert J. Polking is from Breda, Iowa.  He received his dental degree from the University of Iowa, College of Dentistry.  He has been in practice in Mason City for 30 years, with his wife Dr. Mary Beth Polking.  They have two daughters, Katherine and Elizabeth. 

Both of the doctors are members of the American Dental Association and the Iowa Dental Association.  Dr. Robert is also a member of the International College of Dentistry. He is also a member of the Seattle Study Club. They both participate in many community events and charities and have also been members of the Mason City Chamber of Commerce for over 30 years.

Dr. Robert Polking participates in the Birkebeiner Cross Country Ski Race.  For this event he trains rigorously all year long; roller skiing in the spring and summer months as well as cycling, and cross country skiing in the winter months.

Dr. Robert Polking specializes in general restoration, major restorations-such as implants, dentures, crowns and bridges, and Temporomandibular Joint disorders.
